PURPOSE: An emergency distribution blowing system in blast furnace is provided to minimize damage of the blast furnace and enable emergency distribution blowing of the furnace by promptly operating emergency operating valves when blowing operation is failed due to abnormality of power supply system or sticking of blowing valve, thereby performing emergency distribution blowing operation. CONSTITUTION: In a blowing pipe(5) on which a blowing valve(100) for emergency distribution blowing compressed air of blower into blast furnace is installed, the emergency distribution blowing system in the blast furnace comprises an emergency operating valve(200) installed on the blowing pipe connected to both sides of the blowing valve so that the emergency operating valve is emergency operated during non-operation of the blowing valve; and an operating valve control unit(300) for operating the emergency operating valve by compressed air supplied from an air supply valve(306), wherein the emergency operating valve comprises a valve main body part; a self-aligning disk part comprising disk guiding guide, elastic spring, disk, disk seal bar, stopper and disk shaft; a valve driving part comprising cover, elastic spring, spring tension control plate, piston and shaft; and a manual operation part comprising manual handle, valve sleeve, housing, guiding guide and spindle, and wherein the operating valve control unit comprises manual valve(301), check valve(302), pressure drop preventing lock valve(303), pressure switch(304) for signaling the cylinder inner pressure charging state, and a solenoid valve(305) connected to non-interrupting electric source.
