The machine has a transferring post rotating around a vertical central axis on a chassis platform by the filling posts. Each filling post has a unit gripping and maintaining a base of a detachable shutter of wine/water and a unit operating a higher part of the shutter. A filling device (8) coincides with the shutters aperture and provides liquid by a pump linked to a reservoir managed by a cam.
