DEVICE FOR PROMOTING MIXING OF FUEL AND AIR IN MIXING PIPE OF GAS RADIATION BURNER

PURPOSE: A mixing promoter of fuel and air in a mixing pipe of a gas radiation burner is provided to improve the efficiency of the burner by forming the uniform surface combustion in a burner mat. CONSTITUTION: A tubulator is installed inside a mixing pipe(10) to mix fuel and air inside the mixing pipe by forming a turbulent flow. The tubulator is formed by an entangle spiral plate(100) to have many waveform portions through the axial direction of the mixing pipe. Thereby, a complete combustion is performed by supplying the fuel and air to be sufficiently mixed without a concentration difference. Therefore, the efficiency of a burner is improved by raising the radiation heat capacity from a burner mat to a glass.
