The source has an instruction device linked to an entry for emission control having an emission mode and generating the instructions for emission. A formatting device transcribes the instructions into a control signal received by a numerical frequency synthesis device (160). The synthesis device generates a modulated signal as per the impulse series with the properties determined by the signal over an intermediate frequency. An Independent claim is also included for a broadcasting channel.
