PURPOSE: A method for storing the disc data to an external memory device is provided to efficiently use the external memory device without reading the disc data from the first in case that an operation for reading the disc data is interrupted. CONSTITUTION: The sub code data just before the interruption of the disc data reading and the inputted sub code data are compared with each other(440). A position of the sub code data just before the interruption of the disc data reading and the position of the inputted sub code data are compared with each other(450). A value of the sub code data just before the interruption of the disc data reading and the value of the inputted sub code data are compared with each other(460).
