PURPOSE: A device for changing a looper wire rope of a loop tower is provided to improve working efficiency and to prevent accidents by automatically changing and winding the wire rope. CONSTITUTION: A device for changing a looper wire rope is composed of a winding unit(10) having division drums(11,12) around which the wire rope(1) is wound, a driving unit(20) for rotating the division drums, a support unit(30) detachably coupled to one side of the division drum and supporting the division drum, a compressing unit(40) disposed at the lower part of the division drums and compressing the wire rope, and a control unit(50) for controlling the driving unit.
