PURPOSE: A water saving device is provided to enable a user to easily mount and manage the water saving device, and to keep water saving effect for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A water saving device includes a main body(1) inserted into a water pipe detachably connected to a tap. The body has a cylindrical body(2) having an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the water pipe. A communication hole(3) is formed at the cylindrical body, and has a smaller diameter than the inner diameter of the water pipe. Openings(3a,3b) are formed at both tapered surfaces of the cylindrical body. Arc-shaped grooves(5) connect the outer circumference to the inner circumference of the tapered surfaces.
