PURPOSE: A gate opening and closing device for a loading compartment of a truck is provided to prevent damage of a hinge or a vehicle body by restricting the hinge from being bumped into the vehicle body in opening the gate and forming a two-node link having a gas spring in the loading compartment. CONSTITUTION: A gate(300) is combined with a load rest(200) by a hinge, and turned to be opened and closed. A two-node link(100) is additionally formed in the loading compartment of the truck, and composed of a gate side link(110) combined with the inside of the gate by the hinge, a vehicle body side link(120) combined with the inside of the load rest by the hinge and composed of a gas spring(121) and a middle link(130) combined with the gate side link and the vehicle body side link by the hinge and turned and supported in the load rest.
