PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device is provided to improve a current injection characteristic by applying the power to the first metal layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(22) is formed on a substrate(21). An organic emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(29) is formed on the organic emitting layer. The second electrode includes a first metal layer(26), an interference layer(27), and a second metal layer(28). The beams reflected from the first interference layer and the second interference layer are interfered by controlling the thickness of the interference layer. The first electrode is formed with a transparent anode. The first metal layer is formed with a cathode.
