PURPOSE: A fixing device for a vehicle is provided to fasten the vehicle conveniently by drawing a hook bar out of the vehicle in using, and to prevent loss of the hook bar by pushing the hook bar into the bumper in not using the hook bar. CONSTITUTION: An end of an empty side member(2) is combined with a rear part of a bumper(1) of a vehicle, and a first bracket(21) is installed in the side member. A through hole(21a) is formed in the first bracket, and a second bracket(22) having a rectangular hole(22a) is spaced from the first bracket. A hook bar(10) is formed from the bumper through the first bracket and the second bracket, and a hook(11) is formed in the end of the hook bar. A support part(12) is formed as thick as the gap between the first bracket and the second bracket in the other end of the hook bar, and integrated with the rectangular hole of the second bracket.
