PURPOSE: A medical apparatus having an imaging device is provided to output afterimage or undistorted images, shorten focal distance, and reduce the size and the weight by using the imaging device such as a CCD(Charge Coupled Device). CONSTITUTION: A prism lens(70) includes a convex lens adhered on an image data input part. A prism filter(80) is located at a predetermined position apart from the prism lens. The prism filter is combined with a CCD formed at an image data output part. A focus control unit(30) is installed between the prism lens and the prism filter in order control focuses of the image data. An image correction unit(40) includes a convex lens and a concave lens, which are installed between the image data output part and the focus control unit, and between the image data input part and the focus control unit. A variable displacement unit changes the focus control unit. An electronic circuit board(60) is used for converting electric signals of the CCD to the image data.
