The device has two bridles (1) with a wide diameter orifice (6) to permit entry of a conical object and a tube (2) squeezed by the bridles. The tube has increased external diameter and has a laterally netted hole (5) to receive a valve. A membrane (4) is held at an interior of the tube to define a volume held in pressure for obtaining a strain on walls of an object. A shoulder (9) allows centering of the object.
