The container has a bottom part with folding lines and a lateral partition part with projection structures (6). Retractable structures (7), forming gussets between the projection structures, stretch on the entire height of the lateral part and fit into the bottom part. The retractable structures fold/unfold between closed and open positions to provide minimum and maximum volumes inside the container respectively. The gussets of the bottom and lateral partition parts fold on themselves to lift up the bottom part, and join the facets of the projection structures in the closed position. In the open position, the gussets of both the parts unfold to lower the bottom part and separate the facets of the projection structures.
