PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a rubber vibration isolator comprising an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber as a main component, excellent in kneading processability, heat resistance and durability and having low dynamic-to-static modulus ratio. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for a rubber vibration isolator is obtained by compounding 100 pts. wt. one or more kinds of ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymers satisfying the conditions of (a) the weight ratio of ethylene/α-olefin of 80/20-40/60, (b)≥100 Mooney viscosity (ML<SB>1+4</SB>at 121°C) and (c) the nonconjugated diene which is dicyclopentadiene with carbon black having 10-25 m<SP>2</SP>/g nitrogen adsorption specific surface area and 100 to <140 mL/100 g dibutyl phthalate adsorption quantity.
