PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a craft tape cutter capable of automatically pasting a non-adhesive tape strip to a cutting edge of the craft tape, for use as a stripping margin, while improving safety in tape adhesion work. SOLUTION: A cutter blade 5, and a safety cover 7 for covering the cutter blade 5 are mounted to a body case 12. The safety cover 7 can be movable by releasing lock by a press button 26. Inside the body case 12, scissors upper blades 21, 22 for cutting a paper tape S, a feed roller 20 for feeding the paper tape S to the scissors upper blades 21, 22, and a paper tape holder 24 for holding a cut paper tape strip S1 to paste it to the craft tape T are provided. The members 21, 22, 20, 24 are driven by downwardly rotating a driving lever 29 interlocked with the safety cover 7.
