PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery evaluating device for easy controlling of an AC current value and DC current value of a battery to be evaluated, and for improved measurement efficiency of parameters used for evaluation. SOLUTION: The battery evaluating device comprises a waveform generating means 11 that provides the signal comprising a plurality of harmonics components to at least one devices in a plurality of load devices 3 and 4 installed in advance, a DC signal generating means 12 that provides a DC signal to at least the other one device in the plurality of load devices, and an analyzing means 1 for measuring a prescribed parameter that evaluates the characteristics of a battery by analyzing for each frequency component based on the current from a battery 2 by the load device and a voltage across both ends of the battery.
