PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter characteristic measuring apparatus, a filter characteristic measuring method, and a filter characteristic measuring program which extend a measuring dynamic range of filter characteristic, and reduce a period necessary for measuring the filter characteristic. SOLUTION: An SG(1) outputs a signal to a DUT(2), a spectrum analyzer (3) measures an output signal of the DUT(2), and a PC(4) measures a passage zone, a transient zone and a blocking zone of the DUT(2), which are written in a second data table. The PC(4) reads a first data table which predetermines characteristic measuring condition and measuring time of the DUT(2), and selects precise measuring condition of attenuation amount of the DUT(2), on the basis of measure of the second data table. Next, the PC(4) controls the SG(1) based on the precise measuring condition, and performs precise measurement of the DUT(2). After operation of the attenuation amount of the DUT(2) on the basis of the first and the second data tables, the attenuation amount is output. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
