PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a period of drying a reinforced pearlite concrete block in a double shell low temperature tank bottom part to shorten construction term of the whole tank. SOLUTION: In this reinforced pearlite concrete block 11 supporting an inner vessel bottom part 5 of the double shell low temperature tank 1 having a cold reserving space 4 between an inner vessel 2 and an outer vessel 3, a plurality of pipes 14 having many holes 14a are arranged in parallel in the lateral direction at a predetermined interval and are buried in such a way that both ends of each pipe 14 are opened on an outer face of the block 11.
