PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric remote control mirror surface adjusting device capable of surely preventing a claw part of an adjust nut from coming off from a male screw part of an actuator housing even if a mirror holder is tilted by a large amount. SOLUTION: The electric remote control mirror surface adjusting device E is provided with a worm wheel 5 driven to rotate by a motor 6, the adjust nut 4 engaged so as to move in a center axis direction with respect to the worm wheel 5 and not to relatively rotate, and a motor housing 2 having the male screw part 21d which the adjust nut 4 is screwed with in a freely advancing/retreating manner. The adjust nut 4 is provided with a projecting part 43b formed to project outward from an outer face of a foot part 43, and the worm wheel 5 is provided with a locking part 53a formed for preventing the adjust nut 4 from coming off from the male screw part 21d by locking the projecting part 43b.
