PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothed plate for a jaw crusher, which is composed of a fixed toothed plate and a movable toothed plate, by which a rock or the like is bitten and crushed in a V-shaped crushing chamber and which is obtained by fixing a block tightly to a base material by using a resin. SOLUTION: This toothed plate consists of the base material 20, the block 21 and a resin adhesive 22 for fixing the block 21 to the material 20. The material 20 is formed into a plate-like shape. A plurality of block inserting holes 23 are formed on one side of the plate-like material 20. At least one recessed groove 24 is formed on the inner periphery of each of the holes 23. The block 21 is formed into such a shape that the block 21 can be inserted into each of the holes 23 of the material 20 while a slight space is left between them. A recessed groove 25 is formed on the outer periphery of the block 21 so that the groove 25 is faced to the groove 24. The block 21 is inserted into each of the holes 23 of the material 20 and the adhesive 22 is filled into the slight space and the grooves 24, 25. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
