PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component assembling device for a game machine surely positioning and retaining a component in a prescribed position of a game board when assembling the component integrally having a wiring cord in the game board of the game machine. SOLUTION: This component assembling device 10 inserts the wiring cord 88 from the front surface side of the game board 52 into a fitting hole 80. The tip opening part 28 of a retaining pipe 24 is disposed in the rear surface side of the game board 52, the wiring cord 88 to be inserted into the fitting hole 80 is drawn inside the retaining pipe 24. A win hole 60 integrally having the wiring cord 88 is drawn from the rear surface side of the game board 52 and positioned in the prescribed position of the game board 52. The retaining pipe 24 is bent, so that the wiring cord 88 interferes with the inner wall of the retaining pipe to generate a friction, which prevents the wiring cord 88 from being pulled out from the retaining pipe 24 and retains the win hole 60 in the prescribed position of the game board 52.
