A reception section (102) subjects a signal received via a reception antenna (101) to a radio reception processing and outputs the signal to a transmission path compensation section (103) and an interference compensation section (104). The transmission path compensation section (103) subjects the received signal to propagation path compensation according to a propagation path estimation result. On the other hand, the interference compensation section (104) performs a propagation path estimation, outputs the estimation result to a control section (105), performs MIMO separation processing, and outputs the reception signal separated. A selection section (106) selects one of the signals output from the propagation path compensation section (103) and the interference compensation section (104) under control of the control section (105) and outputs the signal. The control section (105) controls the selection section (106) according to the propagation path estimation result. A demodulation section (107) and a decryption section (108) demodulate and decrypt the received signal, respectively. Thus, it is possible to improve the error ratio characteristic at the reception side even under the environment that the interference compensation error is increased in the MIMO communication. |
