A heat exchanger for the air, wherein surface portions A with low heat capacity and surface portions B with low bindingness or adhesiveness with frost or ice are dispersedly arranged on a heat exchange surface part. The surface portions A and B have such characteristics that, when the heat exchanger to which frost or ice is adhered is heated, the frost or ice in contact with the surface portions A melts earlier than the frost or ice in contact with the surface portions B and the frost or ice adhered to the surface portions B is peeled off from the surface portions B by the weight thereof in the state of being at least partially continued with the frost or ice adhered to the surface portions A. The heat exchanger having the heat exchange surface part is used as the evaporator of a refrigerator device.
