FIELD: medicine, neurology, neurosurgery, vascular surgery, restorative medicine. SUBSTANCE: under roentgen control one should puncture lateral surface of patient's neck, distal end of needle is directed towards pathological focus in paravertebral area, apply catheter through the needle's lumen, then needle should be removed, catheter's external part should be sutured to skin, bacterial filter should be added and with the help of catheter one should perform prolonged local injection of lydase solution of 8 - 32 U and lidocaine solution. The method enables to achieve improved results due to pathogenetic impact of medicinal preparations introduced onto vertebromotor and vascular-nervous structures.
