The present invention relates to a clinical application of a dendritic cell- based cancer immunotherapy proposed to cure cancers using a dendritic cell, and in particular to a cancer immunity curing method (1) for injecting a dendritic cell into a tumor scanned by a radioactive ray, and a composition (2) which is used as a cancer immunotherapy in such a manner that a dendritic cell that a tumor antigen is loaded by a method of an electroporation, cell fusion or pulsing, is injected into a cancer patient.
