<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power supply voltage fluctuations in regenerating driving current in a single-phase coil. <P>SOLUTION: When the driving current is supplied to the single-phase coil, a first discharge side switching device is turned on and off at a prescribed frequency, and also a first mode turns on a second suction side switching device to reverse the driving current. A second mode turns on the first suction side switching device based on an output of a first control element by turning off the first discharge side switching device, and the first suction side switching in stopping the supply of the driving current in one direction of the single-phase coil; and turns on the second suction side switching device by turning off the second discharge side switching device, and the second suction side switching device in stopping the supply of the driving current in reverse direction of the single-phase coil. When a single-phase motor is locked, the first discharge side switching device and the first suction side switching device is turned on for a prescribed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
