摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-preventing device for a facility made of iron, for instance, such as a guard rail, a guard fence for vehicles, a strut such as a road sign, a strut in a culvert and an ocean structure. <P>SOLUTION: The corrosion-preventing device for the facility made of iron having the facility "A" made of iron installed upright on an installation face, and a corrosion-preventing tool 30 made of a metal or an alloy of a lithium base, a potassium base, a calcium base, a sodium base, a zinc base, an aluminum base or a magnesium base, attached on the facility as a sacrificial electrode, is characterized by an electroconductive material S placed between the above corrosion-preventing tool and the above facility and having a less ionization tendency (having a nobler corrosion potential) than the above corrosion-preventing device has. A gap is not formed between the iron strut (the facility made of iron) and the above corrosion-preventing tool, thus current flows between both, the above corrosion-preventing tool is more easily ionized (has a less noble corrosion potential) than the above electroconductive material, and consequently the above corrosion-preventing tool rusts first of all.
