PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage due to shock or the like from the outside without enlarging the size of an AC adaptor having radiating function. SOLUTION: A heat generating electronic component 2 is formed on a printed board 1 and these are covered by a casing 4. The casing 4 is formed of a resin which discharges heat generated by the heat generating electronic component 2 to the outside of the casing. The resin consists of urethane resin or epoxy resin, for example, having a heat conductivity higher than air. Furthermore, the inside of the casing 4 is filled with the same resin. According to this method, the shock or the like is surely absorbed by the resin even when a shock or a pressure from outside, such as one caused by dropping, treading or the like, is applied to the AC adaptor.
