PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform simultaneous access from a plurality of computers while maintaining security with respect to data in sharing a picture plane by a remote operation from the plurality of computers. SOLUTION: This window access controller is constituted of a computer installed with a window system OS, and equipped with a remote operation server function, an access attribute table in the storage area of the computer and a database for the table preparation, and a plurality of computers equipped with remote operation client functions connected to the computer.
