PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity carrying-out device for an automatic vending machine capable of minimizing the space for passing each commodity support member when a plurality of commodity support members to be arranged between commodities are provided on an endless member. SOLUTION: Each commodity support member is constituted to be expansible and contractible. Accordingly, the commodity support member 60 is contracted after carrying out a commodity, whereby the space for passing each commodity support member 60 can be minimized. When a plurality of commodity columns are vertically arranged, for example, each commodity support member 60 moved under a conveyor 32 can be passed above the lower commodity column without requiring the increase in space with the lower commodity column. When a commodity bucket is provided in the front of the commodity column, for example, the commodity support member 60 can be passed between the commodity bucket and the commodity column without requiring an increase in the clearance between the commodity column and the commodity bucket.
