PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser for a liquid crystal display panel which can align a plurality of nozzles by correcting the gaps between nozzles and substrates by the dispenser for the liquid crystal display panel capable of dealing with fabrication of the liquid crystal display panel of a large area and a dispensing method utilizing the same. SOLUTION: The dispenser is equipped with a table 500 on which a substrate 501 is loaded, an aligning substrate 502 which is disposed on at least one side face of the table 500, at least one syringe 503A which is provided with the nozzles 504A at one end and supplies a dispensing material onto the substrate 501 or the aligning substrate 502, and an image camera 505A which is disposed on the side face of the syringe 503A and detects the image of the material dispensed onto the substrate 501 or the aligning substrate 502.
