PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a sample changed into a solid phase in a membrane to the sample plate of a laser desorption and ionizing mass spectrometry method by a compact apparatus. SOLUTION: The sample plate 2 includes a measurement sample preparation region 44 for mass spectrometry that is an ionization region for sample ionization by laser irradiation; and a membrane application region 46 that is a plane region for fixing the membrane, where the sample is changed into the solid phase. In the measurement sample preparation region 44, spots 48 are arranged regularly. At the spot 48, the sample extracted from a dropped membrane that is put in the membrane application region 46 for fixing is dropped with a matrix solution for arranging. The spot 48 has a circular structure, where the periphery of the spot is surrounded by a groove 50 so that drying is made in a convergence state without diffusing from a fixed region.
