PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator wherein a rear face of a door is provided with a magnetic gasket achieving the double heat rejection sealing between an opening part of a refrigerator main body and the door with a simple structure, even when the inner and outer case connecting part of a front opening part is deformed and uneven, because of foaming pressure in molding an inner case and an outer case, and foaming and packing a heat insulating material. SOLUTION: This refrigerator comprises a magnet holding part 13 made out of a soft resin and accommodating a magnet attracted to a peripheral edge of the opening part of the refrigerator main body, a mounting part 15 to a door 9 side, and a thin bag-shaped part 16 for expandably and contractibly connecting the magnet holding part and the mounting part. The magnetic gasket having a contact piece projecting from a part of the bag-shaped part to a main body sidewall side in the inside depth direction, is mounted on the rear face of the door in a state of being separated from the magnet holding part to the inside 6 side in the main body width direction.
