PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material for perishable foods, which has both cushioning property and moisture retainability that are required in storing or transporting perishable foods. SOLUTION: The laminated material 1 used for storing or transporting perishable foods comprises a water retaining layer 10 for retaining water content and a cushioning layer 20 for cushioning an impact from the outside. The cushioning layer 20 has a thermoplastic resin sheet 21 which is processed to form irregularities thereon, and a base film 22 stuck to the sheet 21 to block up recessions 21A in which air is sealed.
