PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a light-accumulative member with durability. SOLUTION: This method comprises a mixing/stirring step for mixing a light-accumulative pigment powder 1 and a thermoplastic resin powder 2 at a predetermined weight ratio and stirring these; a melting/deposition step for storing such the mixed powder 12 in a first bath 51 and floating the mixed powder 12 by blowing out air of a predetermined pressure from a screen 55 and feeding a member 9 made of metal heated to the neighborhood to a melting point of the thermoplastic resin into the mixed powder 12 in such the floating state to deposit the mixed powder 12 on this surface in the melting state; a clear layer forming step for taking out such the work from the first bath 51, storing in the thermoplastic resin powder 3 and feeding it into a second bath 52 in which the thermoplastic resin powder 3 becomes in the floating state similarly in the first bath 51 to melt/deposit the thermoplastic resin powder 3 on the surface; and a cooling step for taking out such the work from the second bath 52 and cooling it.
