PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shredder apparatus capable of again seeing information described on a paper even after the paper is finely cut. SOLUTION: The shredder apparatus 1 has an optical letter image reading devices OCR 1, 2 for reading the information of the letter and the image described on the paper 2 before the paper 2 is finely cut. Reading data read by them are recorded in a reading data recording part 7 by a microcomputer 6. Since the information recorded in the reading data recording part 7 can be indicated on a reading data indication part 9 and can be printed by a printer 10, the information described on the paper 2 can be again seen even after the paper 2 is finely cut.
