PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium counting device for storing the count value of a counter corresponding to each game table. SOLUTION: This game medium counting device has a ball stock number storage means by each game table, for storing the stock ball number calculated by a stock ball number calculating means by each game stable in time series. The device includes a game table select means (S15) for sequentially reading out the number of stock balls stored by each game table from the time going back designated time from when the count value is output corresponding to the count value of the game media output from the counter, comparing the same with the count value (S12), and selecting the game table storing the ball stock number corresponding to the count value, and a storage processing means (S16) for storing the count value corresponding to the game table selected by the game table select means.
