PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring device of a desk, effective in preventing the mischief by preventing a cover from being easily removed. SOLUTION: In the wiring device, a wiring duct 9 is provided on the lower surface in the rear of a top board 3 of the desk 1, and an insertion part 3a for guiding the cords C inserted into the wiring duct 9 to above the top board 3 or a cord inserting port 15 connected to the cords C is disposed in the rear of the top board 3. The section of the wiring duct 9 is in the U-shape facing upward with the upper end edge abutting on or close to the lower surface of the top board 3. The upper part of a rear piece 9a of the wiring duct 9 can be elastically bent backward at the intermediate part 9d in the vertical direction of the rear piece 9a, and a rear panel 4 is detachably attached under the rear part of the top board 3. The front upper part of the rear panel 4 is made to abut on the upper part of the rear piece 9a of the wiring duct 9 so that the upper part of the rear piece 9a cannot be bent backward.
