PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change an existing faucet into a functional faucet of fine appearance without impairing usability by mounting the existing faucet with a function imparter with function parts such as a quantitative cut-off mechanism and a dechlorinating agent enclosed therein. SOLUTION: This faucet 3 is mounted erected on a counter 1 of a bathroom, a sink or a wash stand, and a discharge pipe 26 is mounted to the upper part of a body 4 where water and hot water is mixed.
