PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground built-in type parking device in which a wasteful space can be omitted by incorporating a dust collector in the parking device and space on a first floor can be utilized effectively. SOLUTION: The underground built-in type parking device has a car circulating means being disposed in the underground space of a building BL having a plurality of floors and circulating a car M, a car lift lifting and lowering the car between the car circulating means and a car-entrance floor on a ground and a dust collecting means having the dust collector arranged in the underground space and housing dust from the inside of the building BL having the plurality of floors in the dust collector.
