PURPOSE: A device for accessing to a register is provided to enable a user to access to the register if necessary by changing a register access address without previously fixing the register access address. CONSTITUTION: A dual port RAM(300) having a write-only port comprising an address input terminal and a data input terminal, and a read-only port comprising the address input terminal and a data output terminal is connected to a front side of an address decoder(200). As the output of an address bus is commonly inputted to the address input terminal of both ports, a changed access address inputted through the data input terminal of the write-only port is stored in an area fixed by the address of the address input terminal of the write-only port, and the changed access address is output to the address decoder through the data output terminal of the read-only port.
