PURPOSE: A photosensitive drum cleaning device of a wet type image forming apparatus and the wet type image forming apparatus employing the cleaning device are provided to prevent wraparound. CONSTITUTION: A wet type image forming apparatus includes a scanning unit(110), a photosensitive drum(120), a developing device(130), a transfer belt(140), a transfer roller(150), and a photosensitive drum cleaning device(160). The scanning unit scans light on the photosensitive drum to form an electrostatic latent image. The developing roller supplies a developer to the electrostatic latent image to form a toner image. The transfer belt is located in contact with the photosensitive drum. The transfer roller transfers the toner image to paper. The photosensitive drum cleaning device removes a developer that is left on the photosensitive drum after the toner image is transferred to the transfer belt.
