PURPOSE: An insert for a deck plate is provided to fix a structure easily and firmly to a ceiling when constructing a building. CONSTITUTION: The insert(1) for a deck plate contains: a body(10) provided with a bolt housing unit(12) to penetrate a bolt, a compression plane(14) formed in a trapezoid and interposed to a deck plate and a pressure plane(16) formed in the compression plane(14); and a compressor(20) provided with a screw hole(22) to fix a bolt and a tapered pressure unit(24) formed to the corresponding outside of the body(10).
