METHOD FOR DRIVING LCD AND STRUCTURE OF LCD PANEL

PURPOSE: A method for driving an LCD and a structure of an LCD panel are provided to increase density of pixels and improve an aperture ratio of the pixels by preventing a variation of image signals due to the mutual interference between image signals on each block boundary. CONSTITUTION: An LCD includes a data driver(310) having an image signal voltage supply source. NxM data lines are formed with M blocks having N data lines. The image signal voltage supply source(320) is used for supplying image signal voltages to the M data lines in block units. The image signal voltage supply source includes N output channels to apply image signal voltages to the N data lines of the M data lines and one or more compensation channels. The compensation channels are connected to the data lines of each boundary of the data line blocks through a switch.
