The invention relates to a novel and versatile grinding mill which is used to crush different foodstuffs including, for example, meats, hominy, dry grains, spices, jams, dried chillies and sauces. The inventive mill, which is produced primarily with the injection of a food-grade polycarbonate, comprises grinders and a blade made from stainless steel T-304. Said mill can operate manually or automatically (with an electric motor and a speed reducer). The purpose of the invention is to provide housekeepers and small businesses with an improved, versatile, multi-purpose mill which is light, easy to assemble and dismantle, easy to clean, hygienic and safe and which is different from those currently available on the market.
