<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately analyze data by grasping the subjective information of a customer or the like by a text mining method. <P>SOLUTION: Noun phrases are extracted from a document to be analyzed, and the document is arranged per a subject corresponding to the extracted noun phrase (S13). Data are analyzed per each of subjects (S14). When analyzing data, adjective phrases for modifying the noun phrase of the subject are extracted to perform an evaluation analysis for obtaining an affect degree by collecting level values of favorable/unfavorable given to each of the extracted adjective phrases (S14-1), a sense analysis for obtaining an evaluation intensive degree showing a degree of intensiveness of the adjective phrase for modifying the noun phrase of the subject to the same adjective phrase (S14-2), and a function request analysis for obtaining an opinion intensive degree showing the intensiveness of a verb phrase for modifying the noun phrase of the subject to the same verb phrase (S14-3). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
