<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device each for drying hanged persimmons while removing astringency therefrom enabling smooth production of dried persimmons in a room at a lowland area easy to be foggy. <P>SOLUTION: The device for drying hanged persimmons while removing astringency therefrom is structured as follows: setting up a sun-drying place 3 at the third stage of a building, setting up a drying chamber 2 allowed to be closed with a blocking member such as curtain on the second floor, horizontally hanging the persimmons 4 from a frame member 5 in the drying chamber 2 under the conditions where the temperature and moisture are each set to a prescribed range by heating while observing the dried state of the hung persimmons, or drying the persimmons 4 wrapped with vines 7 and ripening the persimmons so as to produce dried persimmons each having soft surface and good taste. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
