<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal apparatus which enables a user to acquire/display/re-display information such as required commodity information by user's simple operation and enables the user to easily share the information with other information sharers. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal apparatus connectable to the Internet and capable of displaying information acquired through the Internet acquires and displays the information of a Web page specified by a URL from the information of the URL included in a barcode or the information of the URL made to correspond to the barcode by using a barcode reading means included in the portable terminal apparatus or a barcode reader connected to the portable terminal apparatus and stores the data of the read barcode into a prescribed storage means.
