<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network game system capable of realizing new point management to which an appeal of nothing but a network game is added. <P>SOLUTION: A user point data base 20 stores a user ID and a user point balance in correspondence and a system point data base 22 stores a system point balance for each game. At the time of receiving a point down request transmitted corresponding to play contents (bad event occurrence) of the game executed in a game terminal 12, a point management server 18 transfers points from the user point balance to the system point balance. Also, at the time of receiving a point up request transmitted corresponding to the play contents (good event occurrence) of the game executed in the game terminal 12, it transfers the points from the system point balance to the user point balance.
