PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission type sensor switch structure having a sensor at a backside of a mirror body, making a sensor region emit light in accordance with the operative situation of an electronic device, capable of widening a light emission area by the use of an LED, capable of using a capacitance type sensor. SOLUTION: A light guide plate 12 is arranged at a backside of a light-transmitting part 3 fitted at a sensor region S of the mirror body M, and a floodlight means 11 is arranged at a side of the light guide plate 12 and the sensor 13 at the backside. When the sensor 13 detects an object on a surface side, the floodlight means 11 lights up, and the light projected into the light guide plate 12 is made to reflect inside the light guide plate 12 and project toward the surface side from the light-transmitting part 3. An LED can be used since the floodlight means 11 can emit light in a wide region despite of its small size. Since the light guide plate 12 can be made of a non-conductive material, a capacitance sensor can be used for the sensor 13 arranged at the backside, therefore, an object can be surely detected even if the surface of the mirror body M is stained a little.
